Yoga Nourish Classes for Term 4 2017

Pregnancy Yoga - Tues 6:45-7:45

Yoga Journey. Explore different themes each term with space to help you connect to your body, mind and breath.   Held at Waikanae Kapiti Uniting Church lounge - corner of Ngapaki and Taiata street at Waikanae Beach. 
The next Pregnancy Yoga 5 Block Course starts 26th September to 24 October. These classes aim to provide gentle support throughout pregnancy with postures, breathing and relaxation exercises.  Small class size - so that we can adapt classes to suit your indivudal needs.
Yoga Feed for your body breath and mind. A great pick me up for your afternoon ahead. Beginners to experienced welcome. At Waikanae Beach Hall - Rauparaha street.

Please enquire as there are limited spacess avaiable for this class. Held at Mind Body Spirit Wellbeing at 207 Akatrawa Road. 
I can provide individual yoga classes, yoga teacher mentoring or workshops for specific groups. Feel free to contact me to discuss options.
